Re: Constitutional Crisis/President Elect Obama not Eligible to Serve as United States President

In one week, Barack Obama will place his hand on the Lincoln bible to be sworn in as the 44th President of the United States (POTUS). When he places his hand on the Lincoln bible and swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States he may knowingly be committing fraud and usurping the most powerful office in the world.
The United States of America is faced with a Constitutional crisis of gigantic proportions; one that remains avoidable if Obama would simply release the growing list of documents that would verify that he indeed is a natural born citizen, a requirement for office of POTUS under the U.S. Constitution. Most of the people in our country and the world do not know what is happening because the mainstream media in our country has failed to do their jobs. The MSM have steadfastly refused to investigate any story that possibly reflects in a negative manner on Obama’s candidacy and his eligibility under the Constitution.
Outlets one would think would at least give the story a cursory glance like FOX News and the Drudge Report have remained conspicuously silent. The cable networks, venerable institutions like the New York Times and the Washington Post having been playing a game of “if we don’t report it, it doesn’t exist!”
Our Constitution requires that any person running for the office of president meet three qualifications; he/she must be at least 35 years of age, must live in the United States for at least 14 years and be a natural-born citizen. Mr. Obama has refused to provide any information that verifies he meets this requirement. In fact, it has been reported that Obama and his legal teams have spent close to one million dollars to keep his birth certificate and the truth hidden. A partial list of hidden Obama documents include; a vault copy of his birth certificate (under seal in Hawaii), college records, copy of his college thesis, records of his clients when practicing law in Illinois, explanation of his travel to Indonesia when Americans were not allowed to travel there, etc.
Mr. Obama’s own website states he was born with dual citizenship; that is an automatic disqualification. Actually, his citizenship was determined by his father who was Kenyon and a British citizen. Since his mother was 17 (and under age) her citizenship could not be passed to Obama at the time of his birth.
Further complicating the situation is Obama’s step-father was Indonesian. The evidence (that hasn’t been scrubbed from the Internet) shows that Obama went to school in Indonesia at a time when only Indonesian citizens were allowed this privilege and further that Obama traveled to Indonesia in the 80’s when American citizens were not allowed to travel to this country. What this means is that under this story of who Obama’s birth father was, he is not a “natural born citizen” as defined by our Constitution (born on U.S. soil of two parents both of whom are U.S. citizens) and therefore ineligible to hold the office of POTUS.
The reason why you should care should be self-evident. It has been said that when American catches a cold the rest of the world should watch out for pneumonia. The world wide financial recession is a case in point. If it is discovered that Mr. Obama was never eligible to run and hold the office of POTUS we, our country and the interconnected world, will be thrown in a state of disorder and turmoil. There are (over 17) lawsuits that have already been brought across the country including several before the Supreme Court; all dismissed thus far on legal issues of standing and the like, but not on the merits of the lawsuits! Let me point out that while the MSM in this country have abdicated its responsibility to voters here and Obama supporters abroad, the blogs on the Internet have been tracking this for months. Those blogging are not on the fringes or carry any animus towards Obama. There are thousands and thousands of us who love our country and are simply asking for the truth. We are moderates, former Obama supporters, conservatives, independents, Democrats, Republicans, and persons of every stripe who believe in placing our country before any individual man or party.
Finally, it should be noted that there have been a few stories written by sources outside the U.S. in Canada and elsewhere asking about Obama’s eligibility. The most disturbing is a recent article that appeared in Pravda RU which detailed Obama’s problems and which called him an outright fraud and which leads me to the most serious consideration. It is an embarrassment that Pravda is covering what our own media has purposely ignored.
Quoting from Dr. Vieira:
Fifth, as nothing but an usurper (if he becomes one), Obama will have no conceivable authority to make Treaties, or to nominate, and appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not otherwise provided for in the Constitution (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2). And therefore any Treaties or nominations and appointments he purports to make will be void ab initio, no matter what the Senate does, because the Senate can neither authorize an usurper to take such actions in the first place, nor thereafter ratify them.
Sixth, and perhaps most importantly, Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy the Office of President. The Constitution provides that every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to an usurper posturing as the President of the United States, but to the true and rightful President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White House, no Bill will or can, before it become a Law, be presented to him. If no Bill is so presented, no Bill will or can become a Law. And any purported Law that the usurper approves and signs or that Congress passes over the usurper’s Objections, will be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully enters office as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as President.
If Pravda RU is calling Obama a fraud before his inauguration, how long before enemies of this country figure out this can be used as a reason not to cooperate with the U.S. or sign a treaty, or do anything that moves negotiations forward on any front because an illegally elected/ineligible Obama’s actions would be null and void . . . unenforceable . . . worthless. How long before Iran, or Hamas, or Russia, for that matter, figures this out and refuses to deal with the U.S.because of the Pretend President?
Education is the best thing to enjoy the life according to our desires and wishes. It can help us in any kind of situation. It can also make us a useful citizen of the society.

Your arguments and positions are so confused and self-contradictory it’s no wonder you can’t find your way out of the hole you’re running around in. I recommend a long vacation away from your “blog,” preferably in a foreign country. Really, it’s not even funny how incoherent you are.
sportsone- For starters, some proof that the state of Hawaii has been lying about the birth certificate that they say is legit, or the hospital that say’s Obama was born there,or the newspaper that recorded his birth. I would like to see someone come up with some actual proof that all these people are lying and covering up for Obama. This is why the supreme court will never take any of these suits seriously. I would also like to see some facts about Obama spending all this money for lawyers. So far the only place I have seen anything about Obama spending all this money is on Obama hate blogs, and as yet no one has shown any proof or facts on any of it.

The phony COLB on his website is not enough? Or, the fact that the vault copy of his birth certificate in being held “under lock ‘n key” is not enough? How ’bout the fact that his Kenyan granny says she was there when he was born in Kenya, and BTW, is no longer allowed to talk to the media?
Or, maybe you could answer why Obama has hired law firms (and spent at least $500,000.00) to keep/suppress any records that would actually answer these questions so we could all move on?
So again, what sort of proof would you need?
Ted, I’m not a lawyer or judge, but I would say the supreme court will dismiss this brief without comment just like the Berg suit. To me what seems to be lacking in all of this is, any offer of proof to the charges being made. Without some basis of fact that Obama is not a natural born citizen, these suits have no merit, and are a waste of the courts time.

sportssong.Nice bunch of what if’s. Do you really think that countries are going to go against there own interests, because some fringe group in this country thinks Obama is not President? Obama will be sworn in this week, and the Supreme Court is not going to rule on any of this birth bs. You folks can scream all you want, but its not going to change anything. As long as Obama is sitting in the white house, the rest of the world will look at Obama as the legit President, and life will go on. If people are going to go after Obama, you all need to find something that is based in real world politics.

The Supreme Court has now had several chances to consider the citizenship/eligibility “issue” and they’ve rejected it each time.
If the Supreme Court, Congress, and the media (even the right-wing media) don’t take this stuff seriously, Putin certainly won’t.
The current SCOTUS threshold for a MUST STAY of BHO’s inauguration is not whether he is ultimately determined constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS, merely whether there now is SERIOUS QUESTION on his constitutional eligibility, since any determination of inelligibility AFTER inauguration would pose unnecessary civil and military difficulties.

Obama is moving his mother-in-law into the White House. I understand the taxpayer supporting President Obama and his immediate family. That is part of the contract I think Americans have with their President. Why do we have to provide free room and board to his mother-in-law? That is just wrong. I wonder if his illegal Aunt in Boston will be moving in too?

How did you obtain a Birth Certificate describing you as Barrack Obama? Your name and identity were and are still altered upon your adoption. You cannot and could not change your birth certificate, EVER. Your BC establishes legal parentage. Upon reaching the age of emancipation your BC, of adoption, remains intact and should read Barry Sotero.
He excuse my cynicism but I too was adopted at the age of 7 and have looked into changing my last name back to my birth name, so I have more than a little familiarity with your story.
You cannot use fraudulent documents to move through life. You cannot claim to be a foreign national, for the purpose of obtaining a college loan, if you are in fact an american.
Are you now and have you ever been a foreign national. We know you were, at the minimum, an Indonesian National in your past. When did you become an American? What was that process?
To change your legal name and to become a naturalized american you would have an incredible paper trail. What were the forms you had complete? Where are they? May we view them?
How much did it cost to change your name to Barrack Obama? Did you employ a law firm to help you with this? Who are they?
Did you change your name by filling out the forms your self? How many records did you need to update so that your new legal identity would be consistent in each of the states you lived in, in the USA, in Kenya, In Britain and Indonesia.
When you traveled to Pakistan what passport did you use? American, Indonesian, Kenyan or British? What was the name on the passport.
Mr Obama, you are creating a huge problem for America and her people with your suppressed identity. You must have learned that no one can know you for who you really are when your original identity was suppressed upon your adoption.
You have taken to suppressing any tangible proof of who you are, your education, your travels and most of all your eligibility to take the oath of President of the United States of America.

He himself knows the truth that he is not constitutionally eligible to be president of the USA…Many Americans KNOW who he is but those in authority to question him are not even lifting a finger. I pray that, by Divine Intervention, by the grace of God, the Truth that Obama is NOT Qualified will be known by the entire world.
