This has been a very frustrating time for me. I am in the middle of the busiest business times of my company’s fiscal year . . . buried IN WORK with no time to write as the Obama Conspiracy marches on.
That having been said, I will see some daylight in the next 48 hours. I have lots to say about the continued legal actions against Obama and his ascent to the throne.
The legitimacy of his candidacy will not go away, regardless of how the Supremes look at the latest legal challenge this morning.

Today is a very critical day at the Supreme Court. They are considering in conference, the Wrotnowski/Donofrio petition for stay of Monday’s scheduled Electoral College vote and for certiorari (to call a full hearing) based in large part, upon Barack Obama’s foreign patrilineal descent.
Applications are also hitting the SCOTUS which directly refer to his refusal to reveal his original birth certificate.
These cases also point out that due to his Indonesian citizenship as a child, Obama has since become a naturalized citizen, or else he is an illegal alien.
Whatever Obama’s particulars are (and America does deserve to see his actual birth certificate) there is no apparent “out” here — Barack Obama is constitutionally disqualified from being sworn in, on January 20. His candidacy has been legally fictitious from the Iowa Caucuses, onward. Each ballot was an injury and insult to the Sovereign American Voter.
With the latest political shenanigans being exposed with the attempted selling of Obama’s Senate seat by Governor Blagoievich, I’m not prepared to call Obama dirty just yet, but it is getting harder and harder not to. Stay tuned.
BTW, anyone who thought the Clinton presidency in the 90’s was filled with intrigue and legal fighting, my guess is you “‘ain’t seen nothing yet!” Obama’s presidency will hit new highs . . . or is it new lows!

He’s tired. He thought having a righteous position would be enough. It’s never enough! He didn’t realize that evil rarely gives up when confronted with the truth. How could it be happening? It’s undeniable. In the past several days, malicious attacks have increased significantly against our efforts to demand that the Electoral College confirm once and for all President-elect Barack Obama’s eligibility under the U.S. Constitution.
Some prominent conservatives have already chosen what they mistakenly believe will be political gain over the Constitution. It wouldn’t be the first time. In fact, such behavior seems to be the rule—not the exception—these days.
In what constitutes one of the most sublimely ridiculous pills the American people are expected to swallow, we’re being told that Obama has produced his birth certificate when, in fact, he has—and still is—actively resisted producing his birth certificate.
That means we can’t depend upon these “leaders” to protect our rights. Our only and best hope is for grassroots folks like you to take the bull by the horns and demand that the Constitution be followed.
We’re ready to fight the lies and distortions, but we can’t do it alone.

As for me, I can’t call myself a democrat any more. The party has betrayed us, tossed its principles out the window . . . lost its soul and has become that which it supposedly hated.
As for Obama, I wish he was half of what his supporters think he is. Sadly, this very flawed man is duplicitous and (IMHO) dishonest.
The consequences of the Supreme Court declining to address the US Constitution’s “natural born citizen” clause on the morning of Monday 12/15/08 — thereafter enabling the College of Electors to transform the crisis from “law” to “political and Congressional”, leading to the ‘inauguration’ of Mr. Obama, are nothing less than catastrophic. Lawsuits by members of the military challenging his ‘commander in chief’ status are INEVITABLE. And a military takeover to oust the “usurper” may be inevitable as well. Where is the media? This is no “tin foil hat” joke.
Yes, “you know it” – without having any evidences for that – if you’d have it, Supreme Court would acknowledge it. At the same time you’re rejecting all evidences, I stated before, proving the opposite. It’s a matter of faith you.
Is Obama dirty? Yes, I guess he is – as all mainstream politicians – else they wont let him chip in the game; but I’d “follow the money”, to find that out.
But I’m to levelheaded to believe in all contradictive, unproven allegations being thrown against him on anti-Obama sites. Nobody can be so versatile to be at same time communist, elitist, Muslim extremist, radical black Christian, Manchurian candidate, terrorist, puppet of corporations, mafioso, totally unexperinced idiot, illegal immigrant, etc, etc.
I don’t think he’s either the Messiah or the Devil. He’s just a human.
He’s not “my guy”, in fact Hillary was my first choice. But as her, I wasn’t ready to fight against my core political principles only because of personal resent. I’m still a Democrat, sorry.

Additionally: in fact such kind of irrational, doomed-to-fail attempts against his legitimacy would only make him appear as a victim of an extreme bias.
Wrotnowki’s case was not listed for a Friday’s Conference: that practically means that it was denied, even if that wasn’t officially declared yet.
What makes you think that Justices would not follow the legal precedent? Wrotnowski’s case and a previous Donforio’s one are substantially identical.
