I am really angry today.

You don’t want to see me angry! “Heads up” World, you don’t want me at a place where I don’t give a damn. Today, I don’t give a damn!

This is not a good thing for the person, target, or institution being railed against. In fact, to all those guilty parties at Bank of America, tighten up your sphincter muscles, ‘cus the flack is headed your way you sons of bitches!

I’ve been a business customer of Bank of America for many years. I am a small business owner . . . one of the “ones” politicians like to talk about when reporters are near. We make  good copy, don’t you know. Like those in the military, we get screwed as soon as the cameras and lights are turned off.

Get the violins . . . the politicians are singing, “we support the military (until it comes to supplying veterans with the health care they need, or flack jackets, or armor for their vehicles, or whatever else) and we love small business (except when it wants anything more than praise for producing over 75% of jobs in this country!) Everybody sing!

“We are corrupt, yes, we are corrupt, we are c-o-r-r-u-p-t this day a aaay” Sing it, everyone! You assholes!  How do you get up in the morning and not take a razor to your own sorry necks?

Why the pejorative talk . . . the insults? Here’s why.

I went to my bank, hereinafter referred to as BOA (for Bank of Asshats) a bank that had just received  billions in TARP funds so they could begin lending to small businesses. Let’s get this  get the economy going!

I asked for a minuscule amount … $30,000.00… a revolving line of credit so my company could hire 2 people and expand. (If you have to ask why I only asked for $30,000.00 you are not a small business owner!)

What did I get? Excuses, excuses, excuses! My tax dollars in work . . . and I get excuses!

There’s nothing wrong with my personal credit or my company’s credit, but BOA cannot extended a line of credit to my company because the company’s accountant issues a 1099 and not a W-2 to me. Yes, I get a 1099 and not a W-2.

Millions and millions of sub- S corporations/business owners are in the same boat! It doesn’t matter that in this sick economy that my company made a profit! NOOOO! According to Constance, my Bank of Asshats representative, no W-2 no loan . . . and that boys ‘n girls is bullshit!

My company pays my mortgages and other associated expenses , but …. my BOA representative, Constance says that even though the transactions are run through the bank, that BOA cannot “verify” or count these transactions as part of my compensation! Are you kidding me? You can’t verify them?  If you can’t . . . who can? What about if I add rental income? Well, Asshat Constance tells me that BOA can only count 75% of the income.  Why 75% ? Well, because that’s the figure they use whether it makes sense or not.

You see, the trick is, it’s not supposed to make sense! SORRY ASS EXCUSES LIKE these are only used to disqualify companies that BOA doesn’t want to lend money to . . . that they never wanted to lend money to. But hey, I understand BOA is very interested in lending mortgage money to illegal aliens.

Small business owners who receive a 1099 will understand what I’m talking about. There are tax considerations that have to be balanced . . . there are legitimate reasons for a 1099.

And so, while hypocrites like Pelosi get to fly to see the Pope at taxpayers expense on her private/government jet, and Michelle Obama gets to “serve the poor” wearing a pair of $540.00 sneakers, you and I get the shaft!

  1. I’m right there with you! Small biz owner and the BofA Behemoth is letting me know they can do what they want…which is nothing for me! What they have done is FEE’D my ass off! I’m working to get them paid off and then closing my accounts with them and can’t wait to say asta la vista BofAbuttholes.

  2. What is happening is criminal. If a company has proven itself to profitable securing a loan for $50,000.00 or less should be a no-brainer. These loans should be fast tracked.

This economy won’t get going until small businesses are really funded and credit card rates are reduced . . . neither of which are likely because the politicians do nothing but talk about how important small business is and the credit card companies own the banking committees.
