Well, well, well … Time Magazine has decided to put Sarah Palin on the cover. Hmmm … isn’t timing everything in life?

For the record, and in case anyone is counting, Obama’s mug was on Time’s cover 14 times in ’08.  Suddenly, we see Sarah.  Is it possible Palin’s resignation as Governor of Alaska is the reason for the cover or is it possible that Obama’s plummeting numbers have something to do with it?

SARAH TIME MAG

Obama is below 50% in Ohio, the economy … the Obama economy is in the tank, unemployment in the double digits … Huff Po wants to disengage as White House cheerleader.  Prepare to come about … hard alee …. jibe ho!

Everyone sing, “Oh, the times they are a changing!”

  1. I never thought the coutry would see someone Black becoming president so it is indeed a major deal in a country like this. Paul is the real renegade, not Sarah. She should have left the cheap shots about Ayers behind.

    1. kay:

Most people are unaware that Obama is not our first black president. In all likelihood Obama isn’t even America’s first bi-racial president as allegations abound of five other presidents having mixed ancestry. Jackson, Jefferson, Harding, Coolidge, even Abraham Lincoln’s ancestry (!) is reported to be partially black.

      This is from Diversity Inc.:

Lincoln, the nation’s 16th president, served between 1861 and 1865. Lincoln was said to have been the illegitimate son of an African man, according to Leroy’s findings. Lincoln had very dark skin and coarse hair and his mother allegedly came from an Ethiopian tribe. His heritage fueled so much controversy that Lincoln was nicknamed “Abraham Africanus the First” by his opponents.

Also it is hard for to believe that you think Palin was giving Ayres cheap shots. Ayres is a thug who got away with attempted insurrection. Many people opposed the war but they didn’t go around bombing buildings and killing people.
