Oleander Benton, 52, recalled her tale escaping the Deepwater  Horizon platform to a lifeboat - one of 115 people to safely escape the  platform after the explosion a week ago. Eleven others are missing and  presumed dead.

Anyone who visits here on a regular basis knows how I hate coincidence.

Experience has demonstrated over and over again, if it doesn’t look, feel, or smell right chances are we’re not looking at a coincidence. BTW, coincidence is defined as a striking occurrence of two or more events at one time apparently by mere chance.

If you and I bump into one another at a restaurant or in the airport that’s mere chance.  When our faux President tells the world we are going to allow new offshore drilling off the east coast and within weeks one of the largest oil platforms in the world blows up, on Earth Day, that isn’t chance.

In case anyone has been looking, why hasn’t the MSM tried to interview a single survivor, or attempted to report on the possible causes of the disaster?   Dead silence except for stories on the oil spreading ever closer to the coastlines of multiple states.

All I’m doing this morning is asking questions, since we already know the MSM won’t.  AND, if the first source quoted below is to believed, there is a purposeful media blackout on any investigation that would point to another act of terror on this country that Team Obama could not ward off.

But first, this conversation is very interesting.

This first report is from outside the U.S.from the EU Times on line:

A grim report circulating in the Kremlin today written by Russia’s Northern Fleet is reporting that the United States has ordered a complete media blackout over North Korea’s torpedoing of the giant Deepwater Horizon oil platform owned by the World’s largest offshore drilling contractor Transocean that was built and financed by South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., that has caused great loss of life, untold billions in economic damage to the South Korean economy, and an environmental catastrophe to the United States.

Most important to understand about this latest attack by North Korea against its South Korean enemy is that under the existing “laws of war” it was a permissible action as they remain in a state of war against each other due to South Korea’s refusal to sign the 1953 Armistice ending the Korean War.

To the attack itself, these reports continue, the North Korean “cargo vessel” Dai Hong Dan believed to be staffed by 17th Sniper Corps “suicide” troops left Cuba’s Empresa Terminales Mambisas de La Habana (Port of Havana) on April 18th whereupon it “severely deviated” from its intended course for Venezuela’s Puerto Cabello bringing it to within 209 kilometers (130 miles) of the Deepwater Horizon oil platform which was located 80 kilometers (50 miles) off the coast of the US State of Louisiana where it launched an SSC Sang-o Class Mini Submarine (Yugo class) estimated to have an operational range of 321 kilometers (200 miles).

On the night of April 20th the North Korean Mini Submarine manned by these “suicidal” 17th Sniper Corps soldiers attacked the Deepwater Horizon with what are believed to be 2 incendiary torpedoes causing a massive explosion and resulting in 11 workers on this giant oil rig being killed outright.  Barely 48 hours later, on April 22nd , this North Korean Mini Submarine committed its final atrocity by exploding itself directly beneath the Deepwater Horizon causing this $1 Billion oil rig to sink beneath the seas and marking 2010’s celebration of Earth Day with one of the largest environmental catastrophes our World has ever seen.

Torpedoes would make sense for the results we see. The platform exploded, despite redundant safety features; plus, something apparently also happened on the Gulf floor at the opening of the well to prevent engineers from being able to stop the flow of oil from it. Two torpedoes launched from a submarine could cause those things to happen.

There are a number of international “suspects” who might want to do something like this. They range from Muslim terrorists to the Red Chinese, Venezuela and beyond. Remember that China and Russia are drilling out there, as well, and they would benefit from America cutting back on our own drilling.


WTC 7  or World Trade Center building #7 collapsed many hours after the Twin Towers were felled by the attack on 9/11.  I wrote about WTC 7 several months ago primarily because of the questions surrounding its mysterious collapse  … no strike that … make it demolition.

For me, this is simple … buildings don’t fall by themselves, yet WTC #7 seems to have done just that.

I know there are many 9/11 conspiracy theorists who believe that the Government was somehow involved. I can’t go there … it is an act so heinous, incomprehensible that people in our government could be involved.  However, Building 7 is different.  Ten minutes of investigation will show you that.

The Washingston Times is reporting the following:

A lingering technical question about the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks still haunts some, and it has political implications: How did 200,000 tons of steel disintegrate and drop in 11 seconds? A thousand architects and engineers want to know, and are calling on Congress to order a new investigation into the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7 at the World Trade Center.

“In order to bring down this kind of mass in such a short period of time, the material must have been artificially, exploded outwards,” says Richard Gage, a San Francisco architect and founder of the nonprofit Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

Mr. Gage, who is a member of the American Institute of Architects, managed to persuade more than 1,000 of his peers to sign a new petition requesting a formal inquiry.

“The official Federal Emergency Management [Agency] and National Institute of Standards and Technology reports provide insufficient, contradictory and fraudulent accounts of the circumstances of the towers’ destruction. We are therefore calling for a grand jury investigation of NIST officials,” Mr. Gage adds.

The technical issues surrounding the collapse of the towers has prompted years of debate, rebuttal and ridicule.

He is particularly disturbed by Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper, which was not hit by an aircraft, yet came down in “pure free-fall acceleration. He also says that more than 100 first-responders reported explosions and flashes as the towers were falling and cited evidence of “multi-ton steel sections ejected laterally 600 ft. at 60 mph” and the “mid-air pulverization of 90,000 tons of concrete & metal decking.”

The truth is, I no longer believe anyone  in a position of power has our best interests at heart … sure as hell not the MSM … and we can forget just about everyone in Washington.  So I continue to ask, “what really happened to WTC #7?”

This is a question well worth investigation.

If you fly, I strongly suggest that you read this entire post by Randy Plante.  Mr. Plante is a pilot and has offered some real suggestions as to what you can do and what to observe before you board your next flight and once you are on board.

How to Recognize and Fight a Terrorist on a Plane
As a passenger you must be observant and vigilant. Most often someone notices some unusual activity or behavior. It doesn’t have to be just a person either. Suspicious bags, luggage, packages, notes, pillows, and electronic devices have been found on planes.  One of the biggest advantages you have is the ability to profile. TSA refuses to do the obvious thanks to political correctness.
Some things to look for: groups or pairs of men, a passenger talking to themselves, speaking Arabic, watching crew members (this is different than looking), staring at the cockpit door, long stays or multiple trips to the lavatory, reading a book but not turning any pages, nervousness, being unusual by trying to fit in, taking pictures/videos, not making eye contact. When you are at the boarding area and on the plane if you notice a suspicious passenger, look for others.  How many?  If it is one or two then they could be planning on bombing the aircraft or just making observations of crew procedures.  6 or more?  Then this cell’s objective would be hijacking the plane by brute force.  Also remember that there are sleepers that try to blend in with the other passengers and could be very hard to notice.

Two more points Mr. Plante makes:
While seated look for able-bodied men, military personnel, or deadheading crew to assist you.  Maybe you notice a suspicious passenger but do not feel it warrants a visit with TSA/Flight Attendant or it happens inflight . Volunteer yourself or change seats on your own to sit next to or right behind any suspicious passengers.  A recent crew moved a soldier to sit next to a nervous Middle-Eastern passenger before pushback.  Once while I was deadheading in coach during a flight, the captain told the flight attendant to move me next to a suspicious passenger.
If an actual attack occurs, then all bets are off.  Take Action! DO NOT wait for crewmember instruction! This is a life or death situation.

Remember Todd Beamer’s phrase “Let’s roll” was widely cited and later became a battle cry for those fighting Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.
