The list of waivers for Obamacare continues to grow. It is now so lengthy, (over 1,300 and counting), that the only question to ask is why are the courts taking their time on this one? Obamacare is unconstitutional.

OBAMA LIED & GRANNY DIED

The majority of voters want it repealed, according to the latest Rasmussen poll. In fact, at no time has this bill ever had the support of the majority of Americans.

Initially waivers were going to unions, big corporations, and financial institutions. Now, according the the Daily Caller, it pays to live in Nancy Pelosi’s district if you want a Obamacare waiver where 20 % of the latest waivers were issued nationwide!

Of the 204 new Obamacare waivers Obama’s administration approved in April, 38 are for fancy eateries, hip nightclubs and decadent hotels in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s Northern California district.

COMMON CENTS provided the following list of companies that have received waivers:

Reviewing this list, it’s clear there are two other questions to ask. Specifically, where’s my waiver and how do I get one?

I guess even the best of them, slip-up and utter an honest comment or two. Take the Reverend Al who wants us to know that when American voted for Obama they voted for Socialism. Bet ya didn’t know that, did ya?

Hat tip to law professor Jonathan “I revere the Constitution when it suits my purposes” Turley for this video. Professor Turley, for those who don’t know is a law professor at George Washington Law School who fully supports ignoring the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution opining, “If you want a pure breed, buy a dog.”

I contacted him several times before the election and inquired how Obama could be eligible to be POTUS since he was born a British/dual citizen. I’m still waiting for an answer … {{Bueller? Bueller?}}

Ah, what more has to be said about Alcee Hastings, except you can’t make this stuff up, can you???? Rules what rules when it comes to passing health care legislation?

This is the progressives prerogative … get it done and the Constitution be damned! It’s just a musty ole document anyway, getting in the way of our socialist agenda.

BTW, Hastings, for those who don’t know is “a disgraced former judge who was impeached by a Democrat Congress for taking bribes.” Nice to see how well Pelosi cleaned up the swamp!

I’ve been watching the Coakley/Brown race for Teddy Kennedy’s the People’s Senate seat in Massachusetts with amusement and fascination.

The last few days have shown the world that there is no gutter the desperate Dems won’t get into, no evil or despicable act they will pass on, no lie too big for the Dems and team Obama. Character assassination? No problemo! So what if Brown didn’t really vote to prevent women from getting rape kits! The pictures looked good didn’t they? Besides isn’t this the same foolproof BS that got the Constitutionally ineligible fraud elected President?

Ya, well I guess you really can fool some of the people all the time, but not this time Sparky! The people are feed up with back room deals, all the overspending and under-performing. They are tired of the excuses, the phony rhetoric, the bailouts, the 37 Czars, the lack of transparency, and being taken for granted.

CNN is reporting that the White House is predicting a Coakley loss.

Oh, boo hoo! But even better is this, Hot Air is reporting that when the Big O arrived at his venue to speak barely 1,500 people were there … not counting the hecklers … yes, I said hecklers!

Regardless of the motivation, the result speaks for itself. While Scott Brown drew at least 3,000 for his big rally this afternoon, Obama struggled to fill his venue:

But Obama and a parade of Democrats who appeared on stage before a crowd a local fire official put at 1,100 at Northeastern University’s modest gymnasium spent much of their time trying to explain to the audience, and to themselves, how they had lost their grip on the public “anger” – a word that has replaced “hope” as the emotion Democrats seek to channel.

He couldn’t fill a hall for Deval Patrick in October, either. If Coakley was looking for a game-changer, she’s going to be disappointed.

Update: The Boston Globe puts Obama’s rally at 1500 and Brown’s at 2200 (in the main room), but makes the point that the President got overshadowed by the state Senator!

**And if you think things can’t get worse, you’d be wrong. Teddy Kennedy’s home town paper, the Cape Cod Times has just endorsed Scott Brown.**

In his last re-election to the state Senate in 2008, Brown won by a 59-41 percent margin. Part of his success comes from his willingness to work with Democrats on important issues.

“I would not have been overwhelmingly re-elected if I didn’t know how to work across party lines,” Brown said in the primary. “If the Democrats have a good idea, I’d be happy to vote with them.”

Brown is exactly what Washington needs — someone who will vote his conscience rather than spew party rhetoric.

The notion of change as an important ingredient here cannot be underestimated, not because the Democrats are necessarily on the wrong path, but because good government is enhanced by two viable parties.

In the special Senate election on Tuesday, we recommend Scott Brown.

There are lies and then there are damnable lies.

Number 1 –

Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to hold the office of POTUS. BHO has never been eligible to be President. His desire for truth and transparency in government is selectively applied; but never as it applies to any record that verifies he is a Natural Born Citizen. On the first day in office he issued his first executive order that specified that all of HIS personal records were to be withheld from the public!

Here’s a partial list of what we still can’t see: (more here)

Columbia University transcripts and thesis
Occidental College Transcripts
Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
Harvard University transcripts
Illinois State Senate records and schedule
Law practice client list and billing records/summary
Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
Parent’s marriage Certificate
Record of baptism
Selective Service registration records
Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
Punahou grade school records

Whether BHO was born in Kenya or Hawaii is immaterial. What counts is his citizenship status on the day he was born! His Kenyan father was a British subject and as such British citizenship was passed onto Barack. His mother was too young to confer her citizenship status on her son. The fact that BHO admits to being a dual citizen (opps… make that Citizen of the World) automatically disqualifies him as well. To date, World Net Daily has estimated that BHO and his team of obscurers of fact have spent 1.7 million keeping the truth hidden. So much for truth and transparency!

Number 2 -

If BHO was elected he would govern as a moderate and in a bipartisan manner. Well, the jokes on all the fools who believed that trash.

Obama’s policies are extreme by any measure. Let’s see Obama has given us TARP, passed without anyone in Congress having read the bill. We have multiple czars (34 at last count?) that act as his shadow government, we’ve witnessed the government takeover of the banking industry, most of the US auto industry, bailouts for Wall Street and nothing for small business and Main Street. The coup de grâce is Obama’s healthcare legislation despised by 85% of Americans who want change but not this boondoggle! If this guy isn’t a radical, who is? The question in 2010 isn’t, “will the corrupt Dems lose seats in Congress?” The question is, “How many seats will be lost?”

Number 3 -

Obama’s election would change the world’s view of America … our enemies would suddenly put down their spears and pick up ploughshares because of the color of Obama’s skin … and the choir sang Amen! Let’s see, South American dictator Hugo Chavez, who thought Bush left a sulfur smell when he talked at the United Nations finds Obama leaves that same sulfur smell behind. The Iranians have just flipped Obama “the bird” when it comes to their nuclear program. They have every intention of enriching nuclear fuel. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s latest notice to Obama is simple, “try and stop us!”

And while we are at it, there are many people in Europe who are finally coming to see what an empty suit BHO really is. Obama-mania is finally over and the Obama hangover has set in! The Brits call him President Pantywaist!

Number 4 -

Race relations in this country were going to improve. Not only haven’t race relations improved, they have gotten worse. Of course, yelling “racist” every time anyone with lighter skin than BHO holds an opposing view hasn’t helped. In fact, the race card has been played so many times it no longer shocks anyone … it does quite the opposite including “pissing” people off.

Number 5 -

Obama became our first black President. Come on now, not only isn’t he our first black president he isn’t even the first man in office whose bi-racial background was known. According to Diversity Inc. not only isn’t Obama our first mixed race president at least five other presidents came from mixed race backgrounds. Historian Leroy Vaughn, author of Black People and Their Place in World History state emphatically that Thomas Jefferson was the nation’s first black president.

Number 6 –

Obama is a great orator. Ah, not exactly. This is true, but only as long as BHO has his teleprompter with him. Ever hear him try to speak without his teleprompter? He sounds like he is barely educable. Remember this golden oldie?

Number – 7

If Obama were elected, blacks and other minorities would thrive and advance. With the jobless rate over 10% in middle class communities, the black unemployment rate is 15.6 percent today, as opposed to 11.9 percent in December 2008, over 50 percent higher than the white unemployment rate.

Rep. Maxine Waters made it clear that the caucus could cause trouble for future Democratic bills by voting with the Republicans. The protest was in response to what the CBC considers to be a blatant disregard for African American issues by the Obama Administration.

If you haven’t had the time to read though the pdf of the House ObamaCare bill & don’t have any particular weekend plans, here are some pretty frightening highlights you can start with.

Take a look at what actually is in the Health Care bill. Obama makes disingenuous comments like “You’ll still keep your doctor” or “You’ll keep your existing health care.” He is either lying to us or he has no idea what is in it. Take a peek at the full report, or look at some of the highlights here:

Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will audit books of all employers that self insure. Can you imagine what that will do to small businesses? Every one will abandon “self insurance” and go on Government insurance. So when Obama says that there will still be private health care, it’s simply a lie: this mandate will force employers to abandon their private plans.

Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill – a Government committee (good luck with that!) will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive.

Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill – YOUR HEALTHCARE WILL BE RATIONED! (We all knew this, because health care is rationed in Canada and Britain, but Obama kept saying it would not be).

Pg 42 of HC Bill – The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC Benefits for you. You will have no choice!

PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill – HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise.

Pg 58 HC Bill – Government will have real-time access to individual’s finances and a National ID Healthcard will be issued!

Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 Government will have direct access to your bank accts for election funds transfer

PG 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in Unions & community organizations (read: ACORN).

Pg 72 Lines 8-14 Government will create an HC Exchange to bring private HC plans under Government control.

PG 84 Sec 203 HC bill – Government mandates ALL benefit packages for private HC plans in the Exchange.

Herman Cain can become the Peoples President. Unlike Obama, Cain’s grassroots support is real not manufactured.

THE PEOPLES PRESIDENT 2012

Herman Cain crushed the so-called first tier candidates Mitt Romney (aka mittens) and Rick Perry in yesterday’s Florida straw poll. Cain’s win is important enough to bring international interest, with the International Business Times calling it a new race.

Surprise, surprise. surprise, (not!) the Sunday talk shows are chattering about Cain defeating Romney and Perry in the Florida straw poll.

What is left unsaid is that the real surprise to them is that the voters are not following the MSM & GOP elites narrative on who is likely to run against the fraud Obama.

Their narrative has no room for Herman Cain and so they barely/rarely cover him. Why bring attention to a man who can really turn this country around, right? And so they speak his name in whispers or not at all! All of that changed yesterday.

One of the lessons to be learned in the 2012 election is name recognition isn’t everything. It’s the message that counts! Simply put so even a Progressive “journalist” can understand, the truth will out!

What the GOP elites and the MSM fail to realize, is that they have made themselves increasingly irrelevant to the voters of America. They are as tone deaf to the voters as Obama is to capitalism.

A Cain victory over Obama is payback by the Birthers and independents for the GOP’s failure to tell the truth about Obama’s ineligibility. It is payback for knowingly leading the nation astray. Obama’s a fake and everyone knows it, with the possible exception of the most rabid Obots.

Even worse than Obama’s fraudulent presidency (Born a Brit, not Legit) has been his clear inability to perform the tasks at hand. BHO likes the pomp and circumstance. but the work needed to truly be the POTUS. God, he is such a waste, such an empty suit!

Unlike Romney (picked by Rove) and Perry (said to be NWO), Cain is not a bought man, and that boys ‘n girls is like a breath of fresh air. Unlike Obama, Cain thankfully is not a Progressive!

Over at American Thinker the question was posed, “Is the Cain win an anyone but Romney vote?” I think not. Cain is the real deal, and he’s Obama’s worst nightmare!
