HEY… WHERE’S OBAMA’S COMMON SENSE CZAR?
Or… maybe we need a Czar to manage all the Czars… all those appointees not elected, vetted, or scrutinized. If you’ve lost count of the number of Czars we now have… 16, this is from Pink Elephant Pundit:

Let’s talk a little more about this. Know how many Czars Reagan had? One. Bush 41? One. Clinton? Three. Dubya? Four.
Obama has already QUADRUPLED that. And since most of these positions are already covered by Secretaries, the overlap is wasteful.
And some are just inane (seriously, A GREAT LAKES CZAR? What is a Great Lakes Czar? Overlord of the Catfish? I don’t understand). Scariest part? Czars have no one to answer to but Obama. Know how much they are in control of? $1.7 TRILLION. Yeah. (emphasis mine)
Ah yes, but let’s get back to the Common Sense Czar, my personal choice for the next Czar in ObamaLand. What exactly would the Common Sense Czar ‘s (hereinafter referred to as the CSC) duties entail? Since Czars apparently have powers not granted under the Constitution and are free to act as they please the CSC’s first actions would be to:
- Get rid of all redundant and unnecessary Czars … that’s about 14 or 15 of the Czars that I can see.
- Dictate that Congress can no longer pass legislation, like the $787 billion “stimulus bill” without reading it first!
- Immediately get the government out of the car business before this becomes Obama’s economic Viet Nam
- Insist that all credit card companies cap their interest rates to consumers at 13% or dictate that no bank can charge consumers more that 4 times the rate that they pay for SAVINGS ACCOUNTS! Banks paying consumers 5% for their saving accounts get to charge as much as 20% on credit cards . . . banks paying 2% on savings can only 8% on their credit cards.
- Demand that every government agency look at their budgets and cut 10% … no make that 15% . .. cutting 10% is easy, 15% takes a little effort.
- Dictate that every member of Congress and in the executive branch take a 10% cut in their salaries, since We the People are being asked to sacrifice and live with less, they should lead by example … Mr. Obama that means you.
- Appoint a government Expense Review Czar to go over the expenses that our leaders and representatives are charging the taxpayers. Expenses found to be unnecessary or frivolous would have to be reimbursed to the taxpayers. That means no more trips to see the Pope, or trips to see Broadway show, or fly overs NY City for a photo op, just for the heck of it.
- Demand that any member of a finance or banking related committee MUST TAKE a course in economics 101 before passing another piece of legislation. Additionally, they must demonstrate that they could operate a lemonade stand and make a profit!
- Demand that every member of legislative & executive branches take a refresher course in political science and the Constitution. They would have to pass a test with a grade no lower than C before they enacting any new legislation!
THE OBAMA STIMULUS PLAN & THE DEMS – DUMB & DUMBER
It’s official.
The Obama “Stimulus” Bill, a stinking pile of garbage and pork barrel spending, disguised as relief for our economy, passed both houses on Friday. The way it was crafted, the manner in which the voting public and members of the Republican Party were excluded, was dumb, infantile, shockingly crude and heavy handed.
Way to go Princess Pelosi. Looks like you and Marie Antoinette have a lot in common . . . both of you being so attuned to the needs of the people and all. By the way, Chuckie (I am referring to the “smuck” Schumer), the American people do care about pork barrel projects. You sir, along with Princess Pelosi, represent all that is wrong with Washington. If tone deafness were bankable you would both be millionaires.
The bill, HR 1 which started out at 700 plus pages grew to over 1,000 plus pages in less than 48 hours, and wasn’t read by a single member of Congress.
“Here we are with 1,100 pages,” Boehner said on the floor of the House, “that not one member of this body has read, not one.” He continued, “What happened to the promise that we’re going to let the American people see what’s in this bill for 48 hours? But no, we don’t have time to do that.”
The rationale behind passing the biggest spending bill in U.S. history without taking any time to evaluate the long term consequences of such actions was because something had to be done. Right. This is akin to watching a house that has caught on fire and having water and kerosene to choose from, and lacking the common sense to discern one from the other, throwing a can of kerosene on the fire because, “something had to be done!” Time was of the essence, you know. This is the Captain of the Titanic being told, “Sir, there are icebergs all around us!” and responding with, “full steam ahead!”
The Usurper Obama and his merry band of lunatic Democrats have danced this country down the road to financial ruin. Bush leaves office and the country $1 trillion dollars in debt, with a housing foreclosure disaster of monumental proportions, millions have lost their jobs, the banks aren’t lending, consumers aren’t spending . . . afraid their jobs may be next, and what does the latest group of lunatics running Washington (and this country into the ground) decide to do? Well, spend another trillion, of course!

Herman Cain crushed the so-called first tier candidates Mitt Romney (aka mittens) and Rick Perry in yesterday’s Florida straw poll. Cain’s win is important enough to bring international interest, with the International Business Times calling it a new race.
Surprise, surprise. surprise, (not!) the Sunday talk shows are chattering about Cain defeating Romney and Perry in the Florida straw poll.
What is left unsaid is that the real surprise to them is that the voters are not following the MSM & GOP elites narrative on who is likely to run against the fraud Obama.
Their narrative has no room for Herman Cain and so they barely/rarely cover him. Why bring attention to a man who can really turn this country around, right? And so they speak his name in whispers or not at all! All of that changed yesterday.
One of the lessons to be learned in the 2012 election is name recognition isn’t everything. It’s the message that counts! Simply put so even a Progressive “journalist” can understand, the truth will out!
What the GOP elites and the MSM fail to realize, is that they have made themselves increasingly irrelevant to the voters of America. They are as tone deaf to the voters as Obama is to capitalism.
A Cain victory over Obama is payback by the Birthers and independents for the GOP’s failure to tell the truth about Obama’s ineligibility. It is payback for knowingly leading the nation astray. Obama’s a fake and everyone knows it, with the possible exception of the most rabid Obots.
Even worse than Obama’s fraudulent presidency (Born a Brit, not Legit) has been his clear inability to perform the tasks at hand. BHO likes the pomp and circumstance. but the work needed to truly be the POTUS. God, he is such a waste, such an empty suit!
Unlike Romney (picked by Rove) and Perry (said to be NWO), Cain is not a bought man, and that boys ‘n girls is like a breath of fresh air. Unlike Obama, Cain thankfully is not a Progressive!
Over at American Thinker the question was posed, “Is the Cain win an anyone but Romney vote?” I think not. Cain is the real deal, and he’s Obama’s worst nightmare!
