It’s finally happened. Insanity is running amuck (OK, maybe not that bad) through the ranks of the liberal Obama apologists on cable.

First it started Jon Stewart’s over wrought reactions to the criticism he has been hit with over the Herman Cain “comedy bit” he did a few days ago. Stewart has been justifiability criticized.

This morning, however, Morning Joe and Mark Halperin pulled a real doozy. In fact, if they ever give awards for this kind of on air slip-up maybe it should be called the Bone Headed Dumb as a Rock Award. Huff Po is reporting that Mark Halperin has been suspended by MSNBC stating:

Mark Halperin has been suspended indefinitely by MSNBC for calling President Obama a “dick” live on air.

The suspension came just hours after Halperin, a top editor for Time and a regular on “Morning Joe,” profusely apologized for the remark, which came during Thursday’s “Morning Joe” broadcast.

Halperin is a Time Magazine Editor-At-Large and frequent Morning Joe guest. Yes, yes, yes of course he apologized, as did Scarborough, Mika, and everyone else except the janitorial staff of MSNBC. Here’s the really funny thing. On more than one occasion I have wondered how these progressive/liberal “journalists” at MSNBC don’t gag on their words about this country’s first pResident.

Guess what we saw and heard this morning is the first truthful statement to come from MSNBC in a very long time, even if it was accidental. Obama is a phony and a smart-ass jerk…oh, ya and a real dick; and we’ve got it on tape! Sweet!

Here’s another story that makes one wonder, “What the hell are they thinking in Washington?” This is from an excellent piece in the Palestine Herald-Press (that it’d be Texas, Mam) written by Gary Connor.

A report titled “Foreign Aid: An Introduction to U.S. Programs and Policy” prepared by the Congress Research Service for congressional members lists only the top 15 ranking countries receiving foreign aid from the U.S. in 2010; however, a web site, www.foreignassistance.gov illustrates every country and the amount of U.S. foreign aid recommended for distribution in 2012.

Foreign countries completing the 2010 Top 15 List include: Egypt $1.269 billion, Haiti $1,271 billion, Iraq $1,117 billion, Jordan $693 million, Kenya $688 million, Nigeria $614 million, South Africa $578 million, Ethiopia $533 million, Colombia $507 and West Bank/Gaza $96 million.

More of the foreign aid recommendations for 2012 are most disturbing. The repressive regimes of Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe and Omar al-Bashir in the Sudan are recommended for $109.9 million and $518.2 million respectively.

Further, Russia $64.6 million, Mexico $333.9 million, Cuba $20 million, Somalia $82.3 million, and China $12.8 million are once again on the list for foreign aid next year.

The following is only a partial list of proposed foreign aid for 2012. Iraq $2.36 billion, Egypt $1.5 billion, Nepal $93.8 million, India $142.6 million, Bangladesh $266.1 million, Vietnam $125.2 million, Philippines $163.5 million, Indonesia $253.1 million, Israel $3.0 billion, Jordan $675.7 million, Senegal $119.8 million, Liberia $211.4 million, Ivory Coast $142.8 million.

Also, Ghana $204.5 million, Nigeria $660.4 million, Democratic Republic of the Congo $261.8 million, South Africa $561.9 million, Mozambique $424.5 million, Zambia $400.7 million, Tanzania $571.8 million, Kenya $751.4 million, Uganda $527.7 million, Columbia $400.2 million, Bolivia $32.7 million, Peru $111 million and Haiti $405.3 million.

Foreign aid in smaller million dollar amounts are tagged for Tajikistan, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, New Guinea, Morocco, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Chad, Angola, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Madagascar, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Brazil, Guyana, Suriname, Paraguay, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina and the Dominican Republic.

These are only 61 of the 149 countries recommended to receive U.S. foreign aid next year. Certainly, the long list and the astronomical dollar amounts should send an alarming message to taxpayers and voters.

All of this hasn’t gone unnoticed in the rest of world. The U.K.’s Mail on Line recently noted the U.S. is giving billions of foreign aid dollars to countries that they owe money to including China and Russia! Pray tell, what could be the possible rationale behind these policies? Why are we giving away our precious taxpayer dollars to some of the world’s richest counties when we are essentially broke?

Billions in foreign aid wasted!

The U.S. is providing hundreds of millions of dollars of foreign aid to some of the world’s richest countries – while at the same time borrowing billions back, according to report seen by Congress.

The Congressional Research Service released the report last month which shows that in 2010 the U.S. handed out a total of $1.4bn to 16 foreign countries that held at least $10bn in Treasury securities.

Four countries in the world’s top 10 richest received foreign aid last year with China receiving $27.2m, India $126.6m, Brazil $25m, and Russia $71.5m.

Even if this country were flush with cash and we weren’t facing massive unemployment and massive deficits, a foreign aid program that gives money away to countries that don’t need it is asinine at best, criminally lacking common sense and good stewardship.

If you didn’t see Jon Stewart’s darky impression of Herman Cain last week, you can be thankful. I’d call it an unfortunate, not very funny moment, because that’s what my reaction was when I heard Stewart mocking Republican candidate for president, Herman Cain. I like Stewart and when he is attacking genuine hypocrisy, pompous and crass behavior no one is better.

Yes, Stewart is a comedian who has gone after many bloviating, self-aggrandizing jackasses in politics and the media (who can forget Roland Martin and his ascot), but he is also a liberal/progressive/Obama supporter par excellence.

Stewart has never gone after Obama and his policies with the same ferocity that he has with opponents of the Obama agenda.

Birthers and Palin are bad, Obama and Obamacare are good. His comedy routines clearly demonstrate in his world, Fox News is bad and The Daily Show is good…simplistic and true for him.

If Stewart really were half as “fair minded“ as he pretends he is, his very bad Amos ‘n Andy impersonation of Cain might be over looked; but he isn’t and it can’t. Stewart insists he isn’t an ideologue or activist, and yet he is both!

If you listen to the Chris Wallace/Jon Stewart interview it is apparent how defensive and condescending Stewart can be. It’s about 9:37 mark in the interview when Stewart starts saying things like, “what you will never understand… because of the soup you live in…no ideological agenda on my part, yada yada” what he is really saying is I’m the good guy and you (Chris Wallace) aren’t, ergo I get to make fun of you, conservatives, and Fox News.

Herman Cain, however, is not amused and has said so. Cain has bitch slapped journalists who reported that his sly comment about 3 page bills being signed when he is president as reality based news and Jon Stewart in particular, calling them stupid and racists.

Here’s where it’s really starting to get good. Numerous members of the Soros/Progressive MSM are insulted that Cain has called them racists! Insulted, I say. Huff Po, the LA Times, the New Daily News, Salon all are whinning and spinning.

Listen closely and one can almost hear them behind closed doors, “How dare that SOB call US racists?”

How dare he, indeed? It appears what all these fine folks have in common is they feel that Cain played the race card on them! The race card is their play. The nerve of the fella! Notice that not one of them questions Jon Stewart attempt at humor, possibly conceding that just maybe this routine was in poor taste in this hyper charged racial environment!.

This card reserved for Team Obama & sycophants in the MSM

Irony, I love the sound of irony in the afternoon. The LA Times Andrew Malcolm is miffed at Herman Cain. No, actually the LA Times is howling & offended that Herman Cain called ‘em the way he saw them.

Herman Cain may have found the perfect way to get media attention Wednesday: call the real journalists (real journalists…that’s a hot one! emphasis mine) “stupid” for believing the words that come out of his mouth, and deem the most popular faux journalist a racist for … being a comedian.

Yesterday in a firehouse in Iowa City, Iowa, the deep-dish pizza eater began burning bridges with the press (LOL that’s another hot one!) by using the curiously familiar technique … of denouncing journalists for actually writing down what the GOP presidential hopeful said.

One final note to all those “out there” drinking their Kool-Aid supremely confident they are unbiased and that what Jon Stewart did was OK. Take the following “Is it really funny quiz”.

If Bill O’Reilly or Glenn Beck were to have said the exact same thing about Herman Cain (word for word), affecting the same black face/Amos ‘n Andy voice would you still think the comedy routine was funny? If the answer is “no” Cain was right to bitch slap the whole damn bunch of you!

11 Countries Suing Georgia over Its Tough New Immigration Law

Say what? Someone tell me how these countries have the right to sue the sovereign State of Georgia in the Republic of the United States of America. Mexico and countries in Central and South America are suing Georgia for passing its new immigration law.

I don't want to be a citizen, I just want your money!

Georgia’s law, known as HB 87, allows law enforcement to check the immigration status of a suspect who cannot provide identification. The law also empowers law enforcement to turn over anyone found to be in the country illegally to the federal authorities The law adds new penalties for those convicted of harboring illegal immigrants and presenting false documents when applying for a job.

UPI is reporting:

ATLANTA, June 16 (UPI) — The Anti-Defamation League and 11 Latin American countries added their voices to legal efforts to halt Georgia’s tough new crackdown on illegal immigration.

The league and Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru joined the American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups in arguing the Georgia law is unconstitutional because it’s preempted by federal law.

Their federal class-action lawsuit also asks U.S. District Judge Thomas Thrash to keep the measure from going into effect while their case is still pending.

Rather than address their own fiscal and economic problems, these countries would rather sue Georgia in an effort to force the state to accept hoards of illegals. Talk about chutzpah (that’s balls for the uninitiated)! We are facing skyrocketing violence at the borders, skyrocketing deficits, massive unemployment and these 11 countries want U.S. citizens to suffer even more indignities with the continued influx of illegals.

Wonder if any of us would be allowed to go to Mexico and sue that country for not living up to its Constitution? Fat chance, right? As it happens, Mexico’s illegal immigration laws are tougher than Arizona’s!

The Washington Times reported on Mexico’s illegal immigration laws several months ago saying:

Under the Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.

The law also says Mexico can deport foreigners who are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” violate Mexican law, are not “physically or mentally healthy” or lack the “necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents.

It should be of note that as the Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) is reporting, “A recent estimate by the Pew Hispanic Center puts the number of illegal immigrants in Georgia at 425,000, the seventh-highest among the states.”

It’s a sad day indeed. The NY Times/Washington Post mining for dirt in Palin’s e-mails has turned into a disaster, a joke on them!

Actually, this hasn’t been a very good week for the Lame Stream Media. Maybe we should file these stories under Palin gets the last laugh!

First, they could not stop themselves when they thought Sarah Palin had misspoken about Paul Revere. In her statement about Revere she noted that he had warned the British. It was like a shot had been fired. Ho, ho, ho, hee, hee, hee the LSM chuckled, “Palin’s a dummy!”

All that laughter stopped once NPR reported, Palin might be right after all! Even the LA Times was forced to admit, yes indeed Revere did warn the British (not to challenge a roused and armed populace).

There everyone was with baked beans (instead of eggs) all over their faces after the Paul Revere fiasco when reports that Alaska was finally releasing 24,000 of Palin’s e-mails came to light. All was not lost. There was still time to nail Palin.

And then someone within the LSM collective had a brilliant idea, TA DA, why not get some of the worst Progressive Palin haters to help us “review” all those e-mails? Certainly there have to be loads of dirt we can use to put that pesky Sarah in her place! “She deserves a good kneecapping after finding out the British really were warned by Revere,” said one of the NY Times mental giants, wiping the last of the dried explosion of baked beans from his shirt.

Well, here’s where it gets really funny. Remember those bungling burglars in Home Alone always having something blow up in their faces? Well. this blew up in the faces of the Obama Compliant Media big time.

Did they find the secrets they were looking for? I’m afraid not. Just listen to CNN (!) describe Governor Sarah Palin.

So what the LSM has found is Sarah was a hard working Governor…image that! There was nothing about Troopergate or Todd as the shadow governor, although many are still looking for the tiniest bit of scandal She didn’t take shots at the media, in fact, many times she tried to deflect any criticism her staff might get.

As Conservatives 4Palin states, the decision to go after Palin through her e-mails has turned into a “surreal colonoscopy that is backfiring”. Much to the media’s chagrin, the emails show a serious and highly effective executive who was in full control of her administration. She was was a very engaged and highly effective Governor even Politico is acknowledging.

We have definitely found ourselves on the other side of the looking glass. The New York Times and the Washington Post, aka the Tweedledum and Tweedledee of the journalism, have issued nearly identical press releases asking for 100 people to help them “analyze” the 24,000 Palin e-mails that Alaska will be releasing on Friday.

What do you mean we're not journalists?

It is an act of yellow journalism unparalleled in the 21st century. These tabloid rags are mining for dirt on a woman who isn’t running for president and isn’t even a candidate for office.

The newspaper that the great Kathrine Graham once headed has made the National Enquirer look good. Her newspaper went after President Nixon and oversaw the Watergate coverage that eventually to his resignation.

Fast forward to today, where we have a fraud with multiple social security numbers sitting in the White House. Instead of searching for the truth about Obama and his eligibility, his wholesale destruction of the economy, bringing us into a third war in Libya, these papers are instead focused on their Palin Derangement Syndrome. This is sad and disgusting; and they wonder why readership is down!

No honor or pride left in the journalism business, eh? The professionalism went a long time ago.

Both the Times and the Washington Post are sending out identical notices of recruitment!! What is this journalistic ploy? How many staffers do you plan to let go to cover this assignment with “just plain folks”? Well, I guess the Progressive “investigators” can do as well. Does Obama get to add the “volunteers” to his job creation tally?

OK, here’s legislation that can be hated by conservatives and liberals alike. Embed a YouTube video and you could be committing a felony. Yes, with everything that is happening in the U.S., the $14 trillion debt, the joblessness, food up, gas prices up, home starts down, and the White House wants to focus on embedding videos from YouTube!

Okay, this is just getting ridiculous. A few weeks back, we noted that Senators Amy Klobuchar, John Cornyn and Christopher Coons had proposed a new bill that was designed to make “streaming” infringing material a felony. At the time, the actual text of the bill wasn’t available, but we assumed, naturally, that it would just extend “public performance” rights to section 506a of the Copyright Act.

This proposed legislation is White House initiated, as CNET noted on March 15, 2011;

The White House today proposed sweeping revisions to U.S. copyright law, including making “illegal streaming” of audio or video a federal felony and allowing FBI agents to wiretap suspected infringers.

In a 20-page white paper (PDF), the Obama administration called on the U.S. Congress to fix “deficiencies that could hinder enforcement” of intellectual property laws.

The report was prepared by Victoria Espinel, the first Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator who received Senate confirmation in December 2009, and represents a broad tightening of many forms of intellectual property law including ones that deal with counterfeit pharmaceuticals and overseas royalties for copyright holders. Some of the highlights:

• The White House is concerned that “illegal streaming of content” may not be covered by criminal law, saying “questions have arisen about whether streaming constitutes the distribution of copyrighted works.” To resolve that ambiguity, it wants a new law to “clarify that infringement by streaming, or by means of other similar new technology, is a felony in appropriate circumstances.”

• Under federal law, wiretaps may only be conducted in investigations of serious crimes, a list that was expanded by the 2001 Patriot Act (recently renewed) to include offenses such as material support of terrorism and use of weapons of mass destruction. The administration is proposing to add copyright and trademark infringement, arguing that move “would assist U.S. law enforcement agencies to effectively investigate those offenses.”

China Divesting 97% of Its US Treasury Bills; Stiffing Obama’s Economic Policies

China has dropped 97% of its holdings in U.S. Treasury bills, ” decreasing its ownership of the short-term U.S. government securities from a peak of $210.4 billion in May 2009 to $5.69 billion in March 2011, the most recent month reported by the U.S. Treasury ” according to CNS News.

This is a shocker, but not surprising considering today’s job numbers and the direction the economy has been going since Team Obama took over. The U.S. economy is literally in shambles, a fact that hasn’t gone unnoticed by China.

Obamanomics has brought us unsustainable debt, a Depression (yes, that is the operative word) with 14 million unemployed. China is flexing its economic muscle. Beijing has lost confidence in American economic policy along with 65% of this country’s citizens.

China’s concerns with our economy began 18 months ago. The following is from an article written in February 2010 in guardian.co.uk.

US treasury figures for the period ending in December 2009 show that, following the sale, China is no longer the largest overseas holder of US treasury bonds. Beijing ended the year sitting on $755.4bn worth of US government debt, compared to Japan‘s $768.8bn.

Since the sub-prime crisis that began on Main Street USA grew to engulf the global economy, China’s leaders have repeatedly expressed concerns about US policy. December’s $34bn sell-off made only a tiny dent in Beijing’s total holdings of US assets, which amount to well over $1tn when stakes in American companies, as well as treasury bills, are taken into account.

But the news intensified concerns about China’s appetite for bankrolling ever-widening American deficits. Premier Wen Jiabao told reporters last year: “We have made a huge amount of loans to the United States. Of course we are concerned about the safety of our assets.”

America must sell an unprecedented volume of treasuries in the coming years to finance its record deficit, and pay the cost of bailing out Wall Street and kick-starting the economy with a $900bn stimulus package. Any evidence that foreign investors are beginning to doubt Obama’s promises to bring the public finances under control will spread alarm in Washington.

Economists and Obama’s Progressive team of dreamers, ideologues, and academics have been wrong about the economy from day one, to which I would say,, “had enough yet?” The May jobless rate rose to 9.1 %. I wonder, should we call Obamanomics a man-caused disaster?

OBAMA'S ECONOMIC RECOVERY OVER BEFORE IT BEGAN

pResident Obama and his team are strong on rhetoric (big hats & no cattle) and strong on job destruction! All these academics, people almost to the last one who have never created a real job are shocked, shocked I say that the economy isn’t recovering! We are faced with record breaking deficits, debt, and spending and this group is shocked! In what parallel universe do they reside? No, it’s the ideological blinders they wear that keeps them from seeing reality!

People are losing ground.

Food and gasoline prices are up. Wages are either down or stagnant. Only 54,000 jobs were created in May, not the 150,000 jobs that were projected; no, make that hoped for! American companies are firing people. In order to recover, we need to be creating 250,000 to 300,000 jobs EVERY month make a dent in the pool of 14 million unemployed. BTW, the Labor Department is also reporting that the atrocious weather we experienced had nothing to do with the lack of jobs being created.

The truth is companies large and small do not want to hire because they have no confidence in Obama and his team of economic hacks! Jobs are being eliminated in companies both large and small. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that, “The jobless rate, which is obtained from a separate household survey, unexpectedly rose to 9.1%.” The job rate unexpectedly rose, really? No, really?

Under Obama’s watch jobs have been destroyed in the Gulf and in the San Joaquin Valley (40% unemployment) with the help of the EPA and with outrageous over regulation. OBAMANOMICS... ENOUGH SAID

Here’s a shock, government jobs were also down in May. In fact, there are more government jobs that will be lost in the coming months because local and state governments, faced with their economic reality, will be forced to lay off workers in order to meet their state mandated balanced budgets!

One story the MSM isn’t reporting is the job growth in Texas for the last 5 years.

Texas created more jobs than the other 49 states combined! If you want a job move to Texas. Banks and businesses are booming. In 2010 while the rest of the country suffered,

the Dallas Federal Reserve noted this week that Texas exports rose 20.3% in the second half of 2009 and 7.6% in February 2010, Texas home sales are again on the rise, Texas retail sales have grown for eight straight months, and March job growth in Texas was twice the national rate (while the foreclosure rate in Texas is half the national pace.)

And why aren’t we hearing this story. The answer is simple, Texas economic policies are diametrically opposed to Obamanomics. Texas has a business friendly environment with lower taxes and intelligent business regulation.

Herman Cain crushed the so-called first tier candidates Mitt Romney (aka mittens) and Rick Perry in yesterday’s Florida straw poll. Cain’s win is important enough to bring international interest, with the International Business Times calling it a new race.

Surprise, surprise. surprise, (not!) the Sunday talk shows are chattering about Cain defeating Romney and Perry in the Florida straw poll.

What is left unsaid is that the real surprise to them is that the voters are not following the MSM & GOP elites narrative on who is likely to run against the fraud Obama.

Their narrative has no room for Herman Cain and so they barely/rarely cover him. Why bring attention to a man who can really turn this country around, right? And so they speak his name in whispers or not at all! All of that changed yesterday.

One of the lessons to be learned in the 2012 election is name recognition isn’t everything. It’s the message that counts! Simply put so even a Progressive “journalist” can understand, the truth will out!

What the GOP elites and the MSM fail to realize, is that they have made themselves increasingly irrelevant to the voters of America. They are as tone deaf to the voters as Obama is to capitalism.

A Cain victory over Obama is payback by the Birthers and independents for the GOP’s failure to tell the truth about Obama’s ineligibility. It is payback for knowingly leading the nation astray. Obama’s a fake and everyone knows it, with the possible exception of the most rabid Obots.

Even worse than Obama’s fraudulent presidency (Born a Brit, not Legit) has been his clear inability to perform the tasks at hand. BHO likes the pomp and circumstance. but the work needed to truly be the POTUS. God, he is such a waste, such an empty suit!

Unlike Romney (picked by Rove) and Perry (said to be NWO), Cain is not a bought man, and that boys ‘n girls is like a breath of fresh air. Unlike Obama, Cain thankfully is not a Progressive!

Over at American Thinker the question was posed, “Is the Cain win an anyone but Romney vote?” I think not. Cain is the real deal, and he’s Obama’s worst nightmare!
