CNN’S ANDERSON COOPER & ROLAND MARTIN TRY TO DISCREDIT “BIRTHERS” END UP LOOKING LIKE DUMB & DUMBER!

I never watch CNN and more.  Why bother, the network is sooo predictable?

Well, I woke up at 2:00 am this morning and found myself watching Anderson (love those tea baggers, smirk, smirk) Cooper try to discredit Arizona State representative Ash because of his vote to require a birth certificate of all presidential candidates in his state.

Cooper’s performance was slightly manic when trying to discredit anyone who has asked why Obama cannot demonstrate his citizenship at the time he was born.

Actually, Cooper’s repetitive points were, “Obama’s a citizen and anyone that questions that is nuts“.  My favorite Cooper quip was. ” some people think the moon is made out of cheese and that doesn’t mean they are correct.”  Anderson keep your day job, you won’t make it as a comedian.

Here’s what you didn’t hear Cooper discuss:

  1. The fact that Obama was born of a British father and an American mother too young to confer her citizenship to her son.  That means that on the day Obama was born the best case scenario for his citizenship status was dual citizen.  In fact, he was born a British citizen … either way he is disqualified from being POTUS because a Natural Born Citizen can only be born of two American citizens and on US soil or on a US territory.
  2. Obama may be a naturalized citizen today (more than likely he is still an Indonesian) but that is quite immaterial Born in Hawaii or born in Kenya, his British father’s citizenship disqualifies him!
  3. The fact that the Secretary of State in New Jersey allowed a man with an immigrant with a green card to run for President on the same ballot with Obama and McCain.  Had she verified Obama, McCain, and Roger Calero met the standards to run for office, including being a Natural Born Citizen, not one of these men’s names would have appeared.

My favorite is Roland Martin, who a mere 10 minutes after Cooper’s exchange with Ash, called Birthers stupid … a class guy that Martin.  Apparently, he’s upset because some people think Obama is a Mooslum.  Now, I don’t know about you, but I’ve thought a lot of things about Obama.  Not once did I think  he might be a Mooslum!

It is more than chilling and says volumes that NOT ONE member of Congress will publicly speak on this or, better yet, since the Congress of the United States has more than a vested interest, opine if not as a "friend of the court" at the Supreme Court, in the court of public opinion — BEFORE the Supreme Court convenes on November 23, 2010.

The world is (should be) watching!

November 23, 2010 may very well be the last chance for the Judicial Branch realistically to take up the issue, this on a case of legal standing solidly presented by Attorney Apuzzo and Commander Kerchener. If the Court finds no standing here, by a narrow interpretation of the same or otherwise, coming after all the rest of the "no standing" cases, it is doubtfull this important Constitutional issue can and will be resolved in any court of law. The question will nevertheless continue to fester, at tremendous national cost, never to abate, potentially to reach crisis stage, and in any event to undermine the structure of our Constitutional Republic.

The national media (some say our 4th branch of government) has aided and abetted the avoidance by mischaracterizing this as a "Hawaii birth" a/k/a "birther" issue which is nothing more than a "red herring" in that the issue for Article 2 "natural born citizen" is Mr. Obama's father. Moreover, the legal community has aided and abetted the avoidance by mischaracterizing the 1898 Supreme Court Case, Wong Kim Arc, which dealt with the meaning of "citizenship", not the meaning of "natural born citizen" under Article 2.

November 23, 2010 marks a fork in the road for the future of America of more than historic proportions — perhaps on par with events leading to the Civil War To date, virtually all federal and state courts where actions have been brought seeking decision on the meaning of the Constitution's Article 2 "natural born citizen" clause as a prerequisite for Barack Obama to be a lawful President and Commander in Chief of the United States (Mr. Obama having been born to a father of British/Kenyan nationality and father not a citizen of the United States), have been shut down, never getting beyond the issue of standing. To date, courts have very strategically (narrowly if not artfully) characterized and applied law and legal procedure steadfastly to prevent the question from ever rising to the merits — this on a host of different types and classes of plaintiffs, causes and defendants — admittedly under the most intensely implicit (if not more) pressure to do the same.

Great job with this article. Keep up the good work. I am convinced that most everyone knows Obama is not eligible. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen. the guy is flushing the country down the stool and everyone is worried about being politically correct. Shame on the republicans for not forcing this issue.
