I don’t watch Jon Stewart as much as I used to.
There was a time when watching the Daily Show was a necessity. Lately, not so much. During presidential campaign he remained someone whose wit could be counted on to highlight the foolish acts of hypocrites in both parties. He skewered both sides … until Obama was elected.
Then slowly but surely he was no different than the suck-ups and sycophants over at MSNBC and elsewhere. I’ve been tempted to write about how I remembered Stewart when he was funny … and then this. He nailed Olbermann the other night … and it’s about time!

Olbermann … pot calling kettle much? Did you forget your “take Hillary out to the woodshed” comment? How he doesn’t understand that is sexist is beyond me!
I sorta like Olbermann until he made that comment among others about Hillary during the primaries, when he revealed his inner misogynistic jackass! I’m holding out hope for Stewart. Although Stewart could have simply called out the hypocrisy of Olbermann just by replaying his own remark. Wonder why he chose not to.
I used to really like Olbermann until he turned into big-mouth jackass he has morphed into. Jon Stewart has his moments … his show was de rigueur until he started down the Kool-Aid. Stewart is at his best when he takes honest shots at all the hypocrites … Dems, Republicans, the whole gang of them.

There’s a whole host of Hillary haters out there. They’ve changed their tunes (many of them) because of Obama,but not their hate Hillary stripes. Hannity is the best example, he;s eased up on her, but he takes a shot every chance he gets.
I think Stewart took his shots at Hillary Clinton as well because his audience demographics heavily favored Barack Obama.
