Dear Mr. O’Reilly,

I regularly watch your TV news program. However, tonight I had to turn your program off in disgust over your handling of Dr. Orly Taitz’ issue. No one was there to fairly present Dr. Taitz’s point of view. One of your guests glibly and superficially skated over the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certification posted on the internet, as if that digital image proved anything other than how to photoshop a phony document.

You owe Dr. Orly Taitz a proper presentation of her eligibility lawsuits against Obama. This is a major Constitutional issue; his eligibility must conform to the Constitution’s natural-born citizen qualification, as well as prohibition against dual-citizenship.

Obama’s transparency claims have crashed headlong against the stone wall that he has erected around any and all of his life’s documents including his long-form, doctor-signed, hospital-named, certificate-stamped birth certificate, as well as passport, college and university applications and documents – a complete dearth of his documention.

Please schedule Dr. Taitz on your program immediately so that she has the opportunity to fairly present her case and that of all the plaintiffs.

If Bill O’Reilly is an educator, as he has claimed many times, then he needs to go back read our Constitution again, for I fear he has forgotten what it says and mean; while he is at it he needs to also read the amendments to the constitution and the Federalist Papers, as astute as he claims to be he should come back with different opinion of what the “Birther’s” issue is all about. We are birthers not because of Obama, we are birthers because we want a rebirth of our constitution since it has been usurped over and over again; but the first issue to be addressed is what this eligibility issue is all about restoring Article II of the constitution to its original intend as the Founding Father wrote into that document. O’Rielly you have railed against the Seculars and Progressives for years on your programs and in your writings and how they want to distroy this nation and change our constitution to fit their desires; well my friend this issue is part of what you railed against and warned all of us what was coming if we did not stand up for our country. Now that we are doing that you decide we are too stupid to know what we are doing and should now listen to the dribble you espouse every night in agreeing that Obama is eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces; you my friend are dead wrong and have sided with the liberal left of this nation who are both Democrat and Republican; yes they exist in both parties; what are you?
