His heritage fueled so much controversy that Lincoln was nicknamed “Abraham Africanus the First” by his opponents. Also it is hard for to believe that you think Palin was giving Ayres cheap shots. Ayres is a thug who got away with attempted insurrection. Many people opposed the war but they didn't go around bombing buildings and killing people. kay:
