Article 1 of the Constitution deals with the Legislative Branch, and Section 2 of Article 1 is the House.

I think you mean Article 2, Section 1.
Relevant passage:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Since Barrack Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen. Regardless of who his father is, birth in the US makes you a citizen, even if your parents are not. And, last I checked, Hawaii was one of the states 47 years ago (since 1959, though a territory since 1898). So, the only Constitutional Crisis that these brave lawyers are fighting is one in their collective imagination.
