OBAMA CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS REMAINS ON THE FRONT BURNER

Memo to the Obamabots . . . the issue of Obama’s eligibility to run as president and his refusal to provide the vault copy of his birth certificate is not going away. Below are two more challenges to his constitutional legitimacy for the office of POTUS.

Obama presidency challenged by New Jersey voter re: “natural born citizen” now before US Supreme Court. Standing not an issue-Birth Certificate not main point of suit. Action was originally filed against both Obama and McCain alleging ineligibility.

PRLog (Press Release) – Nov 10, 2008 – On October 27, 2008, plaintiff-appellant, Leo Donofrio, a retired attorney acting Pro Se, sued Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, demanding the Secretary execute her statutory and Constitutional duties to police the security of ballots in New Jersey from fraudulent candidates ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States due to their not being “natural born citizens” as enumerated in Article 1, Section 2, of the US Constitution.

This second legal challenge is more interesting because it is by a forensic psychologist, Dr. T.B. Bradley, who works for the criminal justice system and the courts. Among other things he is charging that Obama’s mother committed fraud. The complaint reads in part:

6. Shortly thereafter, Applicant discerned that Obama’s Mother engaged in a pattern of illegal and fraudulent conduct as
a result of both of her two children’s birth outside of the United States: (1) Obama, Jr. born in Kenya Africa and (2) Maya
Soetoro born in Jakarta Indonesia, but the mother, a US Citizen, raced to Hawaii after each of her children’s birth where
she engaged in fraudulent conduct upon the United States by declaring a late registration birth for both children claiming
that they were born in Hawaii.

7. In fact, this pattern of fraudulent conduct is evidenced by the fact that Obama, Jr. was born in Africa and her second
child, Maya Soetoro, was born in Jakarta, Indonesia; however, both children are allegedly registered with birth certificates
as born in the United States.

8. Obama’s mother defrauded the United States not once, but twice due to her out of US births of her children that she
desperately sought to protect by late registration births with false and fraudulent information declaring that both children
were born on US soil.

If your only retort to this Constitutional crisis, brought on by Obama, his lawyers, and the DNC is that Factcheck.org “proved” Obama’s birth certificate is real, might I suggest you put your Kool-Aid down for a moment and think. Quoting from Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health,

as told to the Israel Insider: “At this time there are no circumstances in which the State of Hawaii Department of Health would issue a birth certification or certification of live birth only electronically.” And, she added, “In the State of Hawaii all certified copies of certificates of live birth have the embossed seal and registrar signature on the back of the document.”

For starters, using the Annenberg funded Fact Check, a Chicago organization with long standing ties to William Ayres and Barack Obama (among others) is meaningless because of the organization’s has a built in bias, whether the bias is acknowledged or not. Now if you can find forensic evidence that would stand up in court, we who are questioning Obama’s eligibility, will listen.

Here’s the Obamabot Challenge. Want to shut all the skeptics up? Prove us wrong. Start digging yourself. Don’t believe us and then ask yourselves what possible reason could Obama and the DNC have for refusing to provide this basic information unless they are hiding something.

Demand that Obama and the DNC present this basic information to the country . . . unless you are afraid we are right!

Aide: “Mr. Obama, some noisy bloggers are demanding you release the Vault Copy of your Birth Certificate.”

Obama (Satan): “hahahaha. From my cold dead hands! They’ll never know what’s in my secret vault of forbidden mystery!”

Aide: “But they REALLY want to see it, and they promise to leave you alone once you show it to them. But you can’t just scan it and put it on the web, cause that will only cause more speculation (proof) of how fake it is. You’ll need to invite them all over to your house as you actually open the mystery vault in front of them. They would also like the video of you being born. Not a copy, but the original with certification and time stamp from God.

Obama (Satan) – “Drat! They’re really onto my diabolical scheme to bring my funky-slick brand of Anarcho-Syndicalism/Marxism/Socialism/Communism/Evil Stuff to the USA. I suppose if we invite them all over at the same time, we could just drop them in the pit of doom and be done with it.

Aide: “I wouldn’t recommend that my Dark Lord. We focus-grouped that and it didn’t play well with the non-demon voting block”

Obama (Satan): ” No, you’re right. That would be showing my hand too early. Hmmmn. How about I just REFUSE. Yeah, that will stall them good. Then once I’m sworn in, I’ll unleash my wrath of doom and force them to wear brownshirts and stand in soup lines! Hahahahaha!”

True. In reality, I’m a major cog in the conspiracy. They have me plugging away on blogs all day to shoot down their theories. I’m getting paid huge sums of stolen taxpayer money to shill for Obama (Satan). It’s fun to be a significant player in emerging world events. It conflates my sense of self-importance into a fantasy, er, I mean real world full of intrigue, danger and suspense!

At night I hack bloggers computers and plant evidence of terrorist activities in case we ever need to take someone out.

Burden of proof (Latin: onus probandi) is the obligation to prove allegations which are presented in a legal action… The ordinary rule is that “the necessity of proof lies with he who complains.” For example, a person has to prove that someone is guilty (in a criminal case) or liable (in a civil case) depending on the allegations; a person is not required to prove his or her own innocence, it is rebuttably presumed.

Another proof how deeply rooted is this evil conspiracy against USA!

Gin798 – His valid birth certificate is available and has been for months. What law are you citing when you say he has to give his VAULT certificate? Because you and a bunch of bloggers say he should doesn’t mean anything. The burden of proof is on the accuser. The State of Hawaii says he was born in Hawaii and all of the evidence supports that. Please provide proof that contradicts this.

BTW, I never said “I” proved anyone wrong. The overwhelming evidence that Obama’s birth certificate is valid is the proof I’m referring to.

Frank you have not proven him wrong . All his records have been sealed because he is hiding something. All he has to do is give a fault copy of his birth certificate. His paternal grandmother said he was born in Kenya and she was in the delivery room at the time of his birth. This man will never be president because this will not go away until he proves us wrong. We will not give up.

You say “Prove us wrong?” You have been proven wrong, but you just won’t accept it! Where is your proof that the birth certificate is fake? Where is your proof that hospital officials in Hawaii are lying? It’s astounding really. There is a mountain of evidence against your allegations, and yet you still won’t let it go. Your demand for forensic evidence that will stand up in court is hilarious. What does that mean exactly? What court? What is this obsession with the “vault” copy? Where in State or Federal Law does it say that only the VAULT COPY will suffice? It doesn’t and your demand for it doesn’t change that. ALL of the evidence says Obama was born where and when his birth certificate says he was. Ever heard of Ockam’s Razor?

Where is your evidence that Factcheck.org has longstanding ties to Ayers and Obama? If so, what are those ties and how do they lend credence to the notion that Factcheck.org is participating in a conspiracy? Your summary dismissal of their detailed and rational analysis is based on nothing other than an unsupported, meaningless claim. Sorry, that won’t cut it. Provide some actual evidence, not theory, not conjecture, but evidence that demonstrates factcheck, the DNC, State and Federal officials among others are all conspiring to conceal something about Obama and that the Birth Certificate is fake. The onus is on you, not us. Because as it stands now, you have been proven wrong.

Okay, I recommend you to read Andy Martin’s article, assessing the Obama’s COLB issue rationally and skeptically. BTW, Andy has already tried his best on that scope; as you might know, he’s far from being an Obama supporter.
