I caught this over at Free Republic (H/T Daniel Ramsey) . . . it cracked me up. This is the second day in a row that I have stumbled upon something laugh out loud funny.
This is for all those agonizing over the Constitutional crisis brought on by Obama’s lack of candor and honesty about his background and the implications for the country if we are correct.

This has gone way too far. It’s the law. If its not up to the people to question his qualifications, then who? Shouldn’t it be a pre-requisite to provide this information before accepting the position. If a university requires its students to have a high school diploma or equivalent, doesn’t the proper documents or official transscripts need to be provided before acceptance? If BHO doesn’t provide these correct (and unforged/modified) papers by the time he is supposed to take office, he should not be allowed as President. period.
I cannot believe the DNC has not vetted Obama long before now! You must realize by now that he was never legally a Senator either, if these accusations are true (and I believe they are true). What legal penalties will be chargeable for that offense …treason also? I understood that there was a Dec. 1st deadline by the SCOTUS for the documents to be presented. He is so arrogant and truly feels he is above the law, and too smart to get caught (in my view). Like he thinks if he ignores this, it will go away. Mr Obama we are NOT GOING AWAY!!! Produce the documents or step down. Any and all consequences of this charade, and your supporters reactions should you be forced to admit you were never eligible for this position in the first place, fall squarely on your shoulders! Usurper will be too good a label for you if this is all proven true. You will be moving alright, but it won’t be to Our Beloved White House, it will be The Big House!!!

Thank you for the mention and credit for the faux birth certificate of Obama. My photoshopped work is all available for reproduction elsewhere as long as credit is given and you definitely pass and exceed that standard. Again, thank you.
I’ve skimmed over parts of your blog and you appear to be fair and balanced. You should be proud of that. It also appears that you hold Democrats to the same standard that they hold other to, and far too many Liberals fail to do this. That’s exactly what I do at my blog, I hope Liberals to the same standard they hold others but do not hold themselves. This upsets many of them, but that’s their problem, not mine.
I’m an Indie-Conservative and small “L” Libertarian who generally leans right of center on many issues, but I hold that libertarian views on many other issues. For holding the Left accountable the way they hold others, I’ve been called every name in the book. And that’s fine with me, because when that happens I know I’ve hit a nerve with the hypocrites.

Under the Constitution The vote was illegal .
Article. II. – The Executive Branch
The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted.
This never happened. The votes were not transported and count in the this manner. The election was not Constitutional and the winners or losers were not leagal or right.
Anyone taking the oath of office at this point will be committing Treason against the American People and the Constitution.
