OBAMA “PRESIDENTIAL” COIN CAPER UPDATED
Yesterday’s post about the fake presidential Obama coins provoked consternation among Obama supporters. They are upset at my “reporting skills” on the blog . . . upset that I provided citations showing where the information originated.
Upset that we caught the Obama presidential coin caper is more like it.
- Does anyone believe if the GOP had produced John McCain presidential coins and started handed them before the election had been held that there wouldn’t be an uproar?
- Anyone believe, for a nanosecond, that MSNBC wouldn’t have interrupted programming with “Breaking News” and had the coins plastered over the network?
- Anyone believe we wouldn’t have to endure more synthetic Olbermann outrage and even a special comment decrying how outrageous and presumptuous of McCain to have coins manufactured before an election ? Give me a break!
Here’s a link to the Obama Coin Website. While you are there you might want to focus on the fact that the DNC couldn’t even see fit to have the coins manufactured in the United States! Oh no! They chose Winston, Elizabeth, & Windsor a company that is headquartered in England! Hmmm, how very upper class . . . how very continental . . . how very royal!
The Democratic Party and its candidate, swear they want to represent main street and the middle class. They want to keep jobs in America. They went abroad to have the fake coins produced! BTW, Barack, ever hear of the Franklin Mint? I understand they manufacture coins in America!

Better late than never, but in response to Patrick’s comment above, here is reference to the DNC ordering coins from a British firm. How’s that for a citation?

I can understand people being ‘upset’ as your “reporting skills” are, factually, horrendous.

In the above statement, you infer that the DNC had these coins manufactured…
“They went abroad to have the fake coins produced!”
Backing it up with this comment that implies the DNC produced the ‘fake coins’.
Do some reporting and show the part that said the DNC had these coins manufactured.. while you are looking into that how about citing that part that said the DNC “chose Winston, Elizabeth, & Windsor a company that is headquartered in England!”?
