Clinton, Obama working out deal for roll call vote

Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama are working on a deal to give her some votes in the roll call for the Democratic presidential nomination, but quickly end the divided balloting in unanimous consent for Obama. Democratic officials involved in the negotiations said Monday the idea is that at the start of the state-by-state vote for the presidential nomination Wednesday night, delegates would cast their votes for Clinton or Obama. But the voting would be cut off after a couple of states, the officials said, perhaps ending with New York, when Clinton herself would call for unanimous backing for Obama from the convention floor.

The officials spoke on condition of anonymity while the deal was being finalized. DOES ANYONE BELIEVE IF THE SITUATION WERE REVERSED THAT OBAMA WOULD STAND FOR A LIMITED ROLL CALL? No, me neither?

This is yet another of example of “patting Hillary on the head and asking her to be a good girl!” The real reason Obama’s camp is trying to limit or eliminate the roll call is because they know that Hillary’s delegates, if given an honest opportunity, would vote for her and not for him.

Had the MSM reported this race honestly this could have been an exciting and historic convention. It won’t be because the truth is that neither candidate had enough votes to win the Democratic Party’s nomination going into the convention. Imagine how exciting the convention could have been had this process been handled honestly instead of mangled by the DNC and the list of villains I’ve mentioned numerous times.

Here are the facts.

The Democratic Party selected a candidate ill prepared to meet the challenges the next president will have to face. In the process, the DNC, the MSM, and a host of others ticked off, pissed off, offended, and took 18,000,000 suporters of Hillary Clinton for granted.

They waved the red abortion flag and snidely told themselves, and others “where else are “they” going to go” never once believing that people would choose to vote principle over party! The concept of putting the country before any political party being either arcane, unheard of, or absent from their makeup.

Now, here we are the day of the DNC’s big convention in Denver and Barack Obama, Mr. Berlin, Mr. “We are the Ones we’ve been waiting for” is in a dead heat with John McCain 47% to 47%. You can hear it in the background, “OMG. OMG, how can this be possible?” IT MUST BE HILLARY’S FAULT, OR BILL’S, OR ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES!

A look at this video will tell you why so many women voters will never vote the OBiden ticket under any circumstances.

Clever, don’t ya think? Oh ya, just the way to make sure the 27% (up from 19% last month) of Hillary supporters who have told the pollsters they intend to vote for McCain in November will go up another 10 points!

DENVER — A black Hillary Clinton delegate on Sunday accused state Senate President Emil Jones of calling her an “Uncle Tom.”

Jones — Barack Obama’s political mentor — denied using the racially loaded slur against Chicago political consultant Delmarie Cobb, but two aldermen who said they witnessed the Saturday night exchange back up Cobb’s account.

“Last night, I was called an ‘Uncle Tom’ by Emil Jones in the lobby of the hotel, right in front of [Ald.] Freddrenna Lyle and [Ald.] Leslie Hairston and [Ald.] Latasha Thomas,” said Cobb, a member of Clinton’s Illinois Steering Committee. “I walked over to him and asked him, ‘What did you just call me?’ “

Here’s the question that everyone in the MSM, the Superdelegates, the DNC, the Kool-Aid kids, and all those who have chosen to back Obama despite his thin record of accomplishment, his arrogance, his ineffectiveness as a U.S. Senator. etc. need to ask themselves.

If the answer is no, you hold the answer as to why Obama will loose in November.

Those in the black community should be asking themselves this question, as well. Why? Because when the Obiden ticket is defeated, and it will be defeated, all those who tried to shove BHO down our throats will have to face the fact that the defeat will not be because Obama is multi-racial, black, or any other hue in the spectrum.

This defeat will be because the DNC et. al., (in all their wisdom ) decided to back the weaker candidate. Their decisions, including behaving like the Republicans in 2000, by fixing the process and selecting Obama, by dissing & ignoring Hillary’s 18, 000,000 voters, will be wholly responsible for McCain gaining the White House.

Will someone take the scissors away from these people, they are a danger to themselves!

For months, I’ve been saying that Obama will loose in November. I’m not alone, anyone reading this blog can trace this. A look at my blogroll will show the diversity of dissent against Obama and his Cheney-like choice for VP, Joe Biden.

The truth is, absent some unforeseen cataclysmic event on the horizon for McCain and the Republicans, never before in the annals of political history will so many in a position of power and influence have listened to so few, to produce such a predictable loss.

I’ve said this on more than one occasion. When you become what you say you hate, you have lost your soul. When those leading the Democratic Party decided that the way to win the White House was to behave like the worst (not the best) of Republicans, they lost the soul of the party and in the process they lost most of the 18,000.000 voters who supported Hillary!

And they wonder why this race is a dead heat?!?

Anyone remember back a few months ago when there were charges that someone had taken a look at Obama’s passport records? Keith Olbermann did an entire hysterical hour about this breach.

Within days it became another non-story foisted upon us by the MSM and the cable networks when it was later reported someone had also looked at Hillary’s records and (I believe) McCain’s records. Surprise, surprise, Olbermann hasn’t hysterical about those security breaches!

Maybe there was something to the passport snooping, after all.

Based on the information up on the Northeast Intelligence Network a lawsuit (was) filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania might be the catalyst that will compel democratic presidential candidate Barack Hussein OBAMA to produce legitimate birth records that would verify his citizenship and thus, his eligibility to be president.

Pennsylvania attorney Phillip BERG filed for DECLARTORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF against OBAMA and the DNC. Whatever one might think of the petitioner (plaintiff) in this case, these are legitimate questions that must be answered.

I have been asking questions about Obama’s citizenship/duel citizenship (?) for weeks. This isn’t going away. Take a look and judge for yourself.

I can’t let this one slip away.

OK, boys and girls, let’s file this under “Dumbest Political Non-Issue of 2008!”

Yesterday afternoon and into the evening all we heard from the media morons and talking heads were the sordid details about the “big” slip-up John McCain made. What big slip-up you say? Did McCain call Barack Osama perhaps?

No, no, no. The great slip-up, as deemed by the Obama camp and its minions in the MSM, was because when asked, “how many homes do you own?”, McCain was unable to give an accurate answer. Wooooo! Know what means, don’t you? It means McCain’s an elitist! See? No, me neither. Talk about a crock and a waste of time.

Well, given the circumstances, his wife and her family’s wealth, the separation of finances and investments that must be maintained, etc. I am hard pressed to figure out why anyone would call this a “slip-up” or mistake.

Oh, that’s right, this is campaign time, Obama’s numbers are going into the toilet and that’s the best Obama’s campaign can come up with.

What’s that in the background . . . the sound of desperation and Obama’s poll numbers going down, again!

Memo to the Obama campaign : if this is the best you can do against McCain, I’d say it’s time to pack it in. Hey, but have fun in Denver!

CNN’S JACK CAFFERTY IS A DAMN FOOL

EVERY ONCE IN WHILE, WE NEED TO STEP AND LAUGH AT OUR SELVES. I’M NOT SURE WHY, BUT I KEPT REFERRING TO CNN’S OBNOXIOUS, PAIN IN THE BUTT TALKING HEAD, JACK CAFFERTY, AS MC CAFFERTY. WHO KNOWS WHY? MAYBE I HAD TOO MUCH MC CAIN ON BRAIN. OH WELL, SORRY!

I’M NOT SURE, BUT EITHER CAFFERTY IS DEMENTED OR HE DOES LINES OF KOOL-AID JUST BEFORE AIR TIME.

Cafferty’s question today is whether or not John McCain is a hypocrite because of his hard line position against Russia and its Soviet style invasion of Georgia. Say What? Unlike Obama, McCain’s reaction to the invasion was swift, clear, and direct.

This behavior is unacceptable. Countries don’t invade other countries during the 21^st century. Seems clear enough . . . to anyone who views Russia’s renegade behavior as a threat to peace and stability in that region.

Got a problem with that fella? Well, apparently Ole Jacko the Wacko does. Why? JW finds a moral equivalency with McCain’s vote for the war in Iraq and Russia’s aggression & invasion of a democratically governed country that posed no threat to Russia and its citizenry. No wonder the Republicans defeat Democrats in presidential elections year after year.

Whatever problems Russia was having with Georgia, the fact is Georgia did not plan an attack on a major Russian city, explode buildings, and kill 3,000 of its citizens. Whatever annoyances, grievances’, etc, Russia held against Georgia, Russia‘s invasion of this tiny sovereign nation was disproportionate by any measure.

If Cafferty cannot fathom this basic concept, he is nothing more than a damn fool. BTW, Jack this invasion by Russia should be a wake-up call to the world. Russia imperialism is never far from the surface.

Watching the old Soviet style politics of Russia’s invasion of Georgia, it is clear this is a world where we need “grown-ups” handling this country’s foreign policy. Russia’s invasion of Georgia simply cannot be tolerated.

It is clear Georgia’s oil pipeline and strategic position in the region is a threat to Russia’s desire to dominate and control all of the oil exports in the region. I’m no geopolitical expert, but it seems to me if Russia is able to control all 4 pipelines from Azerbaijan’s Caspian Sea fields heading into Turkey and westward into the EU, that it has one very big stick to lord over the west.

After listening to Bush’s tough talk yesterday and listening to McCain who do you think has a better feel for what is necessary? Think McCain would give one fig about looking into Putin’s soul, or Dmitry Medvedev, or any other Russian thug? Not me.

As for the pipsqueak, Obama, the phone rang at 3:00 am and its clear he wasn’t ready; too busy in Hawaii, don’t ya know! Really, whose hands do you trust to keep this country safe?

Seems to me that this is a question that needs to be answered once and for all before the election . . . dare I say before the convention in Denver.

I’d ask why hasn’t the MSM jumped on this, but we all know getting news from “them” is a waste of time. More and more we are faced with looking to outside sources and non-traditional outlets for the news the MSM has failed to cover.

The case in point is an article from Canada Free Press

A few days ago I asked whether Obama was ineligible to run for the office of President because it has been reported that he holds dual citizenship. This is different. Quoting directly from the article:

Barack Obama is not legally a US natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth; a law that was in effect between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, when the law was changed.

However, the new law did not preempt the former law in the cases of those born between the above listed dates when the old law was in effect.

Therefore, Senator Obama may very well be disqualified as the Democratic candidate in the upcoming Presidential campaign.

Presidential office requires the person elected to be a natural-born United States citizen if the child was not born to two US citizen parents.

US Law very clearly stipulates: “If only one parent was a US citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.”

Barack Obama’s father was not a US citizen, and Obama’s mother was only 18 when he was born, which means although she had been a US citizen for 10 years, his mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years prior to Barack Obama’s birth.

In order for her child to have been a natural-born US citizen, his mother would have had to be 21 at the time of his birth.

In essence, Mrs. Obama was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic US citizenship.

His mother would have needed to have been 16+5 = 21 years old at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen.

Barack Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office of President under current law.

At best, Barack Obama is only a naturalized US citizen.

Seems to me that this is real simple. Either Obama is ineligible or he isn’t.

Now is the MSM going to do its job or will the media end up with egg on its face, once again. Memo to the MSM you blew the Edwards story, big time. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING SOME INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM AND DIGGING OUT THE TRUTH?

If this story is true, Mr. Obama will have perpetrated one of the biggest con jobs in US election history AND now I can say, “Go Hillary!” If the story isn’t true, then it’s, “Go McCain!” Hey, I’m not voting for the dude, but I think most of us would like to know the truth!

I went to JONATHAN TURLEY‘s (law professor at George Washington University) site and posted a question regarding dual citizenship on two separate occasions. The comments were scrubbed. Little did I know at the time that Turley was an Obama supporter, capable of questioning McCain’s citizenship only to remain mute on Obama’s citizenship

SO HERE’S THE BOTTOM LINE TO THE QUESTION I POSED TWO YEARS AGO.

No, a person with dual citizenship cannot be POTUS. For more read here, here, and here.

The answer to this question remains unclear to me.

The Rocky Mountain News is reporting Obama has held dual citizenship since 1963. For many months the blogosphere has been a buzz with numerous posts about Obama’s birth certificate, questioning its validity, and in turn posing the question of whether Obama meets the eligibility requirements as listed in the Constitution.

I did a nanosecond of research and found this definition from ASK.com. It doesn’t do much to clarify the question. It states:

Only native-born U.S. citizens (or those born abroad, but only to parents who were both citizens (emphasis mine because are there are questions surrounding Barack’s father) of the U.S. may be president of the United States, though from time to time that requirement is called into question, most recently after Arnold Schwarzenegger, born in Austria, was elected governor of California, in 2003. The Constitution originally provided a small loophole to this provision: One needn’t have been born in the United States but had to be a citizen at the time the Constitution was adopted. But, since that occurred in 1789, that ship has sailed.

Reading this definition it appears Arnold Schwarzenegger is not eligible to be president. Naturalized or dual citizens are prohibited from seeking the highest office in the land, therefore Arnold need not apply.

So, are there any learned persons out there that can clarify these questions?

Is a person eligible for the office of president of the United States if they hold dual citizenship?
Is this a contestable constitutional issue?

Herman Cain crushed the so-called first tier candidates Mitt Romney (aka mittens) and Rick Perry in yesterday’s Florida straw poll. Cain’s win is important enough to bring international interest, with the International Business Times calling it a new race.

Surprise, surprise. surprise, (not!) the Sunday talk shows are chattering about Cain defeating Romney and Perry in the Florida straw poll.

What is left unsaid is that the real surprise to them is that the voters are not following the MSM & GOP elites narrative on who is likely to run against the fraud Obama.

Their narrative has no room for Herman Cain and so they barely/rarely cover him. Why bring attention to a man who can really turn this country around, right? And so they speak his name in whispers or not at all! All of that changed yesterday.

One of the lessons to be learned in the 2012 election is name recognition isn’t everything. It’s the message that counts! Simply put so even a Progressive “journalist” can understand, the truth will out!

What the GOP elites and the MSM fail to realize, is that they have made themselves increasingly irrelevant to the voters of America. They are as tone deaf to the voters as Obama is to capitalism.

A Cain victory over Obama is payback by the Birthers and independents for the GOP’s failure to tell the truth about Obama’s ineligibility. It is payback for knowingly leading the nation astray. Obama’s a fake and everyone knows it, with the possible exception of the most rabid Obots.

Even worse than Obama’s fraudulent presidency (Born a Brit, not Legit) has been his clear inability to perform the tasks at hand. BHO likes the pomp and circumstance. but the work needed to truly be the POTUS. God, he is such a waste, such an empty suit!

Unlike Romney (picked by Rove) and Perry (said to be NWO), Cain is not a bought man, and that boys ‘n girls is like a breath of fresh air. Unlike Obama, Cain thankfully is not a Progressive!

Over at American Thinker the question was posed, “Is the Cain win an anyone but Romney vote?” I think not. Cain is the real deal, and he’s Obama’s worst nightmare!
